🎪 Lanced for Companies

Last season we tested our MVP (The Visual Recruiter) with a few theaters across Europe. After the companies used it extensively, we organized feedback talks and had discussions about what value it brought to them and what they would like to see Lanced turn into. Since we learned that many companies use different types of processes for their auditions and castings we knew that ‘diversification’ of the product was needed, especially when we want to scale into different types of performing art forms. So we went back to the drawing board and spent all summer on rebuilding the Visual Recruiter → turning it into a real product that we can bring to the market (aka V1).

‘Lanced for Companies’ uses the ‘Visual Recruiter’ at its core and turns it into a fully-fledged artistic recruitment hub. Companies can use Lanced to customise all their hiring processes for auditions, castings and job calls.

Here’s what’s possible:

  1. Open Audition/Casting → no pre-selection
  2. Closed Audition/Casting → with pre-selection
  3. Multi-Groups & Multi-Locations
  4. Timeslots Booking
  5. Private Audition/Casting
  6. Open Calls for Competitions & Residencies
  7. Open/Private Submission System for f.e. Teacher or Maker offers
  8. Rounds during Auditions & Castings

By diversifying the hiring processes we were also able to change our business model from a commission-based model to a SaaS-model.
